3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon schedule in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Service Level Agreement
We strive to provide high-quality digital marketing services. Service levels and expectations are outlined in individual service agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Swan Digital HQ remain our property unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Swan Digital HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
